Overview

Good communications are especially important in the local government sector which delivers such a broad and diverse range of services. All of which are vitally important to the well-being of our communities.

This annual two day forum aims to bring together those who work in the exciting and challenging field of local government communications and engagement. Here is where you can share knowledge, explore innovative developments and hear about up to date techniques and approaches in the world of communications.

This year’s programme is a mix of sessions that will focus on new approaches to ongoing communication and engagement, including shifting consultation and engagement from being structured at a point in time to becoming a regular ongoing dialogue between councils and their communities.
