Payments

Yes, we accept both Visa and Mastercard. Payments for event registrations can be made at the time of registering, or we can take payment over the phone once you have received you invoice.

If you have paid by credit card, our accounts team will send you a tax invoice within two working days of your registration. If you have registered for your event on account, a tax invoice will be issued directly to your councils account department for payment.

Please refer to Taituarā's Event Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation must be made in writing by emailing info@taituara.org.nz.

The reason for this is may be because you haven't been assigned to your council/company on Taituarā's end, therefore the system is unsure of who to invoice. Please log out, close all of your browsers, and wait for around half an hour and then try again. If you are still not able to purchase by invoice, please call the Taituarā mainline +64 4 978 1280.

Yes, simply click the 'add a ticket' button in your shopping cart and your total price will automatically update depending on how many tickets you would like to purchase.

If you are not receiving the members event discount, please contact us at info@taituara.org.nz

This may be because your session has timed out. You may have refreshed the page or gone in and out of the payment screen too many times. You need to log out, close all of your browsers, and give the system 10-15 minutes to reset and clear the cache before trying again.

When the Taituarā website refers to Taituarā Membership, it is referring to individual membership, not per council. The individual must pay a yearly membership fee to Taituarā in order to receive the member discount. If you are an individual member of Taituarā, or you are registering on behalf of a Taituarā member, taituara.org.nz will automatically change the ticket price for you. If you are interested in becoming a Taituarā member, you can find more information on this here.

The delegate or their representative needs to register personally for an event to ensure dietary and other requirements are recorded at the time of registration. If you are having difficulty registering, please contact us at info@taituara.org.nz
