The Wairoa District Council received the Most Improved Best Customer Service Experience Award this year


Chief Executive Steven May says that he was extremely pleased that Council has been recognised with these awards and it is testament to all the work and effort that has been carried out by our staff.

“We’ve spent a lot of time working on improvements in these areas and it’s so awesome that we’ve won these awards. It’s true validation for all our efforts.”

“What is really great about this particular award is that it is judged based on “Mystery Shoppers” who contcat all Councils in New Zealand and rank their experience as a customer.”
