Applications for Awards, Scholarships and Exchanges are open

This year, the LGFA Award for Transforming Service Delivery was jointly won by Whangarei District Council for Trilogy, and Wellington City Council for GoShift.

Trilogy was described by the judges as an ambitious digital transformation programme that demonstrated real financial benefits for Whangarei ratepayers. In addition it was on time and within budget. GoShift (now known as Simpli), a collaborative initiative to improve the building consent process, is a shining example of what local authorities can achieve when they work together.

Does your Council have a programme or project that has resulted in an exceptional service experience through innovative delivery or the redesign of business processes?

If so, we encourage you to submit an entry for the LGFA Transforming Service Delivery category of our 2019 Excellence Awards.
