16 & 17 February in Wellington
The programme for this annual Forum has a mix of sessions that address hot topics in risk management, and table top discussions that focus on sharing experiences. It will also have a focus on the governance of risk management activities. You can view the full programme and register here.

24 February in Wellington
If you manage staff you'll likely know all about having to have challenging conversations. At this Masterclass you'll learn from our international presenters how to manage performance issues, maintain strong positive relationships and create trust, even in times of conflict.
