2.45pm – 4pm – Transitions Leadership with Grant Symons, Transitions HQ and Susan Krumdieck, University of Canterbury

Chief Executives are required to make complex decisions, requiring them to learning quickly, weigh up advice and evidence, and often make trade-offs. We will be joined by Grant Symons from Transitions HQ and Professor Susan Krumdieck from the University of Canterbury who will facilitate a discussion on transitions thinking and what leaders need to do to understand the big picture, create alignment, and take their people on the journey. Grant and Susan will focus on decision-making around the Three Waters Reform Programme.

4pm – 5pm – Update and discussion on the Three Waters Reform Programme
