Council team registrations are now open for the 2018 Management Challenge.
Registrations are administered by our sister organisation, Local Government Professionals Australia. The link to their registration site is here. Registrations will close on 9 February 2018 but we do recommend forming and registering your team early to get a head start on the pre-Challenge task.
It costs $5,200 + GST NZ to register a team before 15 December which equates to only $867 + GST per participant.
The New Zealand leg of the Challenge will take place at Silverstream Retreat (the Retreat is a 25 minute drive from the Wellington CBD and 35 minutes from the airport).
We will be holding two Challenge days - one on 13 March and one on 14 March 2018. Teams will be advised of the actual date of their Challenge day once we know how many teams have registered. You’ll need to arrive the evening prior for the pre-Challenge dinner.

The winners of the NZ leg of the Challenge will be announced at our Gala Dinner on 12 April 2018 and that team will go on to represent New Zealand at the 2018 Australasian Finals, held in conjunction with Local Government Professionals Australia's National Congress in Canberra in August 2018.
