The challenges of designing for the communities of the future, housing affordability, demographic shifts and economic transformation are becoming increasingly multi-faceted and complex. Policy-makers in both central and local government are returning to spatial planning as a potential tool for bringing stakeholders together to determine and commit to the future development of communities.
In this 90 minute webinar Ree Anderson, one of the leading figures in development of New Zealand’s first spatial plan will provide her insights on:
- why spatial planning isn’t just for the cities and for the growth councils

Ree's presentation will take about 60 minutes and then she will open the webinar up to questions.
