We have reached the tipping point with our waste and our approach is no longer feasible. We need to move from our current high waste society to a low waste society. This requires us to rethink every aspect of our approach. We need to not only recover resources at the end of their use rather than disposing of them, but also to only use resources in the first place in ways that will ensure they don’t generate waste.
