SOLGM Executive Committee Elections

The New Zealand Society of Local Government Managers (SOLGM) is calling for nominations for President and two Vice Presidents for the Society in accordance with Rule 11 of the Constitution and Rules of the Society.  SOLGM Branch Secretaries will also call for nominations for their Branch Representative on the SOLGM Executive Committee in accordance with Rule 12.3 of the Consitution.

SOLGM Executive Officers Nominations

SOLGM is calling for nominations for SOLGM President and Vice Presidents to serve the Society in 2010/2011 starting 1 July.

How to nominate

• Nominations must be in writing using the SOLGM Executive Committee Nomination Form and signed by the proposer, seconder and the candidate
• The candidate must submit a pen portrait to accompany the Nomination Form.  The candidate's pen portrait must follow the guidelines set in the Preparing a Pen Portrait for a SOLGM Executive Candidate

• The nomination is open to any SOLGM Full Member

Completed nomination form and candidate's pen portraist should be submitted to David Smith by 5 pm, Friday 30 April 2010

SOLGM Branch Executive Committee Positions

SOLGM Branch Secretaries will be calling for nominations from SOLGM Branch members for Executive Committee positions to serve the Society in 2010/2011 starting 1 July.

How to nominate

• Nominations must be in writing using the SOLGM Branch Executive Committee Nomination Form and must be signed by the proposer, seconder and the candidate
• The candidate must submit a pen portrait to accompany the Nomination Form. The candidate's pen portrait must follow the guidelines set in the Preparing a Pen Portrait for a SOLGM Executive Candidate
• The nomination is open to any SOLGM Full Member from the Branch
