Overseas Manager Exchanges
The SOLGM Manager Exchange Programme provides an ideal opportunity for managers in local government to develop their own skills, competencies and knowledge so as to add value to future performance. The programme also provides the local authorities of those managers and their SOLGM colleagues with opportunities to learn from others in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Canada. All SOLGM members are eligible to apply for a Manager Exchange.
